About 8 oz hot cups with lids
Disposable paper cups provide a "lazy" solution for serving drinks; however, you may often need them because it is almost impossible to provide drinking glasses for a large group of people. About 8 oz hot cups with lids are very popular, but their main advantage is that if they end up in the environment, they are biodegradable. They are made from renewable resources, although cutting down trees still leads to deforestation. Paper cups are usually relatively small in size and are very suitable for children's gatherings.

Manufacturing method of disposable paper cup
The paper arrived in a cup factory in the form of large rolls. One side of the paper roll is coated with a plastic or wax backing, which will eventually become the inside of the cup. These paper rolls are fed into a huge machine to print the selected design on the uncoated side of the paper. Once the paper is printed, the machine will cut the pattern on the paper into small pieces of paper called "flat." Each plane becomes a cup.
After the plates are stacked, they are fed into one end of a large machine. This machine rolls flat surfaces into a cylinder and seals them by heating the wax coating inside the paper cup. At the same time, feed a roll of paper to the other end of the same machine, and cut a circle from the paper to make the bottom of the cup. Send the remaining paper strips after cutting the bottom of the cup for recycling. This machine puts the bottom of the cup and the cylinder together, and then heat seals them together.
The paper cup is sent to another machine through a chute, and the paper is rolled on top of the cup. This creates an edge on each cup. The cups are then sent through the vacuum tube to the packaging department, where they are placed in the tube where they are stacked. A stack of the required number of cups will be wrapped in plastic by a machine, and then the plastic will be sealed. The packaging of the cup is then ready to be packed and shipped. Leaks are very rare. However, the cups are randomly pulled off the production line and inspected. The cup used for the test is placed in a special holder above the mirror. The mirror allows the person conducting the test to see the bottom of the cup and make sure that they are not leaking. If a leak is found, production on a specific production line will stop until the problem is found and corrected. The whole process of making and packaging the cup takes about one minute.
